Bloomsburg Christian School BCS is a ministry of Calvary Baptist Church, Bloomsburg. We use primarily ABEKA and Bob Jones press curriculum materials.

BCS exists to provide a distinctively Christian education in the greater Bloomsburg area to assist parents who desire a Biblical philosophy of education for their children. BCS is a conservative, K-12, Christian School that seeks to disciple and educate young people according to the teaching of the Bible and sound educational philosophy. We seek to show how faith in Jesus Christ not only brings fo

rgiveness of sins, and a life of obedience to Him, but sees all of life from the perspective of His sovereignty over all things.

The Freshman Fundraiser - Coffee in the Car line debuts on Friday. If you'd like to place an order for this week, orders need to be placed by Today! (4/15/26 - Just sent us a message this evening with your order!)

Not a coffee drinker ? - peach black tea can also be ordered, as well as homemade chocolate chip cookies.

There will be 2 more opportunities, April 24 & May 1 but, orders must to be placed by the Wednesday before.

Congratulations to Lorelai Hess, Lydia Rowlands and Eli Hess for placing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd in the Bloomsburg American Legion Essay Contest. The theme was “Celebrating America’s 250th Birthday and the Veterans Who Fought for Our Freedom.

Lorelai’s essay went to the 5 county council where she placed 2nd.
