Most students have applied for financial aid, and as a result have an acceptable payment arrangement with the college, showing a GREEN CHECK MARK on your student bill. However, if you have not applied for financial aid and/or see a RED STOP SIGN on your student bill for spring 2022 you still need to make an acceptable payment arrangement by December 15th, or you will be dropped from your classes. Normandale’s theater department is currently putting on the play ‘The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Nighttime’, and TRIO is providing free tickets to TRIO students interested in seeing this play!
These tickets are only for the showing on Saturday, December 10th at 7:30 pm (in the Premanand theater in the Fine Arts department). You can get a maximum of 2 tickets, and can pick them up in the TRIO office starting Wednesday, December 7th. We have limited tickets available, first come first serve. Ask any TRIO coach for them, and they can provide the tickets!

On Friday, December 2nd two TRIO SSS students participated in a career exploration event facilitated by a partnership between Normandale TRIO and MHealth Fairview Southdale Hospital!
The event included a Q&A panel with hospital staff, including Cardiac Nursing Manager (pictured) and learning about how to engage in volunteering & internship opportunities through the hospital. We were also given a tour of the facility.

Free End of Semester TRIO Dinner, Movie & Game Night!
Join TRIO Student Support Services next week on Tuesday, December 6th from 4:00 - 7:00 PM in the Kopp Student Center (Room K1450 and the Overlook) to celebrate you and the end of the fall semester. A veggie and chicken fajitas dinner will be served. We will also be playing the movie "Ladybird" on the big screen, and have video and board games available. We look forward to seeing you there! Withdrawal Deadline Coming Soon!
The final day to withdraw from most semester long fall 2022 courses is Wednesday, November 23rd at 11:59 PM. If you are
currently failing a course or have serious concern you may not pass a course, considering a withdrawal may make sense. Before withdrawing, we recommend scheduling with your TRIO coach to review how this would impact your academic standing and risks related to suspension.
