August is Black Business Month! Celebrate by joining us at our Annual Umoja Day Block Party on Saturday, August 29 on the NMBCC courtyard. You can patronize Black-owned businesses selling their goods and services including the Black Worldschoolers Mobile Bookstore, and connect with campus and community organizations for resources and helpful info. The Big Dawg Cart will be onsite, and you can visit our cornerstore candy station for a taste of nostalgia. ☺️meet us there! A good time will be had! 🖤

The academic year is coming fast, but we’re prepared for it with some of our annual events and imitatives!🙂‍↕️ We hope to see you all at CultureFest which will be at Showalter Fountain on August 20th from 4-6pm. Also, be sure to stop by the NMBCC for our open house on August 21st from 11am-1pm. And if you are a faculty member, we’ll be seeing you at the next faculty orientation which is also on August 21st from 4-6pm. With that being said, can’t wait to see you all next month at these Hoosier Welcome Events.☺️❤️
