MCCSC EdVenture Camp Olympians visited Clear Creek today to learn about native plants, perennials, annuals, and vegetables.
Campers engaged in service learning by weeding our flower and vegetable gardens. We couldn’t be more grateful!
Once the weeding was completed, various greens and herbs were tasted and lettuce harvested to take back to enjoy with lunch.
Our hammock garden & bird sanctuary were a big hit, as you can see from all the smiles!
After cooling off in the shade and enjoying cold treats, we took a group picture under the native yellow wood tree.
It was a terrific field trip thanks to Mrs. Fehn and team, Mrs. Blanchard, Mrs. McAdams, and Mrs. Stickels.

We would love to thank the Bloomington South National Honor Society who collected hardback books for elementary readers this month. NHS Scholarship Chair Sayen Antinao Huenupi dropped off the donation to share the love of reading with Future Panthers at Clear Creek.

Is there a sweeter way to show our love for our teachers & staff?
Refreshers & dirty sodas were a hit! But what we loved the most were all the notes & cards from students & families, letting us know the difference we make. Thank you for such a fantastic Appreciation Day!
