We know this is a busy time of the semester, and appointments at our main Wells location are filling fast! Undergrads can find walk-in help Sunday-Thursday nights at the ASCs in Briscoe, Forest, Teter, and via Zoom!

In this week's tutor spotlight, we'll be getting to know Madi L, an undergraduate tutor here at WTS who is a secondary English Education major. Madi hopes that these spotlights can serve as a way for students to feel more comfortable coming to WTS by getting to know a little bit more about our tutors.

When asked about the best part of working at WTS, Madi says, "I love getting the opportunity to help students realize that they have so much potential and that even if writing may not be something they love, they still have the ability to write something beautiful that they are proud of!"

Madi's recommendation for writing is, "Don't be afraid to develop the rest of your essay before your thesis! That can allow you to get the words down on paper first, then figure out the structure later."

A fun fact Madi wanted us to share with you is that she lived in South Korea for three years!

This week's tutor spotlight is Morgen! Morgen is an senior undergrad majoring in Economic Consulting and Business Analytics.

She enjoys helping people feel more confident in their writing.
