Our organization will capitalize on the success of finding sources to prevent poverty, starting in our neighborhoods. It will challenge and triumph over poverty by focusing on the importance of education, occupation and community involvement and their impacts on the urban community.

We have the pleasure to be working with the most beautiful and gifted kids. Their confidence is light years ahead of where we were at their age. They will be performing for the first time for their peers, parents, and community on 2/9/2015. L.E.A.D and Vibin Collective could not be anymore proud.

Next week I hope to land a partnership with few other organization. I really hope one of them is the Father's Project of MN
L.E.A.D has two contracts with two different School Districts. Minneapolis And
Bloomington. More workshops to come. A lot of planning and hard work. We deserve this.
