Preschool Prom Fun!!

Our first ever Preschool Prom was such a huge success!!! So. Much. Fun!!! 40+ kids and their grownups all glowing and dancing and having the time of their lives!

Huge thank you to all of you joining in on the fun!!! Also wanted to shout out an amazingly huge THANK YOU to the parents who stayed after to help clean up!

Affirmations- a strong foundation of our program! We believe these things without a doubt and will provide opportunities for every child to grow in their confidence, rise up to challenges, foster healthy relationships and develop a life long love of learning! 💕

We love to do fun things and we love it even more when our preschoolers’ grown ups help with the fun. Our star student ⭐️ was BEAMING the whole time! Weekly mystery readers keep the kiddos guessing, using logic and it fosters deeper home school connections! Such a gift!

L: I’m going to read this book to you.
C: It’s ok if you don’t know the words…just use the pictures and make up the story. 🥰

We want confident, encouraging students, so we are constantly reminding them that they are kind, readers, scientists, artists, helpers, builders, etc. We help them see their abilities and then we get to experience moments like this .

Kids who believe they are capable of doing hard things. Kids who say kind, supportive things Kids who will pick up a book and know they can share a story. The actual reading will come. Right now this is exactly what I want to see from my preschoolers. ♥️📚

Hand a kid magnetic fish and a pole, 5 minutes well spent. Teach a kid to “ice fish” …5 minutes is never enough!

Creating opportunities for preschoolers to role play will always be the highlight of our teaching year, and honestly, we're fishing for compliments about our patience. 😉

Teamwork makes the dream work. Learning to work together and help each other is an important skill we work on at school. 🫶

On Wednesdays we meet with Pastor Rob and he shares the story of God’s Love for each of us and how we are called to love others We are so blessed by this time!
