F316 Instructional team invites you to a screening of Molière (2007). This film is an intriguing creation that seamlessly weaves Molière’s biography with several of his plays to form new relationships and plotlines while managing to stay true to who each character is. Those who are familiar with Molière’s plays may find themselves recognizing the characters—and even their famous lines! It is part of the charm. However, those who are less familiar with Molière can still enjoy it as a normal period film.
