We were happy to be able to provide ukuleles for this wonderful program!

A few weeks ago, we mentioned that members at the Ferguson Crestmont Club wished to start a new Ukulele Club - but they only had two ukuleles to use.

A huge THANK YOU to our friends at the Stafford Music Academy for stepping up and donating four beautiful ukuleles for our Club members to use as they begin learning how to play! We are so grateful for your support of our kids! ❤️

2. Who are your favorite composers? W. A. Mozart, F. Schubert, R. Schumann, J. Brahms and P. Tchaikovsky (can't list them all!)
3. Is there another instrument you'd like to learn someday?
I would like to learn piano. When I was young, I really wanted to play piano well but I didn't get a chance to play much. I think piano is an amazing instrument because we can play all the harmonies by ourselves.

I cannot think of one specific interesting thing about me, but I think I challenge myself quite a bit and make myself keep busy.

Our Story

Since 2005, our school has been working to become the best place in Bloomington to introduce people to the wonders of music. We’ve shared what music can do with thousands of students at this point, and we only want to continue doing that for years to come. We offer music lessons for people of all ages, including adults, and our teachers are all professionals on their chosen instruments. We educate students on everything from piano and guitar to the ukulele or the bassoon. The academy’s owner, Jessica Harris, has a Master of Music Education degree, so she has the qualifications to oversee lessons to ensure students receive the best possible instruction. Our focus is on education and giving you the best possible music lesson experience, and we can’t wait to help you discover your potential.
