We are excited to announce that Structuring for Success is back in the Summer of 2026 with a twist! Amy Gaffney (IRCA) and Betty Lou Rowe (CELL) are taking the elements of Structured Teaching and aligning them to supporting classroom design, implementation across environments, and using the principles of Universal Design for Learning (UDL). And that’s not all! There is a full day focused on supporting behavior and emotional regulation through structure! This 4-day workshop is a learn-do-share format. The goal is to leave this experience with tools to effectively plan for student & staff success! Please share this so colleagues can start planning to attend!

It is with deep sadness that we share the passing of Dr. Lee Marcus who led many of the 5-day TEACCH® trainings held in Indiana.
Dr. Marcus’ impact on Indiana, our professionals, and most importantly, autistic students, was truly meaningful. His knowledge, generosity, and commitment to excellence made him a valued partner and friend to many at IRCA and beyond.
We are grateful for the time, expertise, and heart Dr. Marcus shared with our community. His legacy will continue through the countless educators and students whose lives were touched by his work. Our thoughts are with his family, colleagues, and all who had the privilege of learning from him.
Remembering Dr. Lee M. Marcus, UNC Professor Emeritus and TEACCH Autism Program Leader.
