The CCPE Grant is a federally funded initiative designed to prevent the onset of Substance Abuse and HIV among 13 - 24 year olds in Monroe County IN.

The Community Capacity for Prevention and Education (CCPE) Grant is a project funded by SAMHSA designed to reduce, and ultimately prevent, the onset of Substance Abuse and HIV among 13-24 year olds in Monroe County Indiana. The CCPE Team will accomplish these goals by implementing 3 specific Evidence Based Practices. These EBPs include: Lead & Seed, Say It Straight, and RESPECT. The CCPE team will also be providing free HIV Rapid Test to all interested target population members.
