Dear new and experienced leaders,

Our Facilitative Leadership Training is a NEW option available as a five-day, on-site experience that ends in certification! We can come to you and work alongside your team, building from your strengths, your context, and the real challenges you all navigate daily!

Together, explore practical ways to:
• work through complex problems,
• lead meaningful, productive meetings,
• navigate conflict with care,
• create clear, actionable next steps,
• and support both group work and 1:1 conversations!

Participants gain valuable resources and tools that can be put to great use immediately, and they experience working with a personal Critical Friend throughout the process.

Final reflections from newly certified facilitative leaders:

"I found this training extremely relevant, beneficial, and refreshing. I found myself consistently leaving each day with new ideas and confidence to start implementing/facilitating protocols to strengthen our work. A huge positive was also the opportunity to collaborate and have conversations with colleagues I may not work with on a daily basis. I hope we can maintain our Critical Friends Group moving forward!"

"This has truly been transformative for me. I am so grateful. The protocols will be my go-to practices when working with groups and individuals. I feel like a stronger, more prepared leader because of this work. Thank you!"

Let's connect to discuss bringing this amazing learning experience to your team!

Last fall, Dr. Damia Thomas shared how NSRF protocols transformed her meetings from frustrating to focused and impactful.

Her story gets at the heart of what so many teams NEED: clarity, purpose, and the right tools.

It’s exactly why we created our new, self-paced virtual course: Better Meetings: Structure for Success.
