The Chinese Food Therapy field trip to United Noodles brought what these acupuncture students have been learning in class to life!

Students got to explore foods, herbs, and ingredients they’ve studied through a Traditional Chinese Medicine lens and see how they can be incorporated into everyday life. 🛒✨

Northwestern Health Sciences University was proud to be part of the Professional Hockey Chiropractic Society (PHCS) Annual Workshop, where chiropractors working with professional hockey organizations came together for continuing education, the latest in sports medicine, and opportunities to connect with colleagues across the profession.

We’re especially proud to celebrate NWHSU students Tia-Ray Alexiuk and Jackson Buffone, who were each awarded a PHCS scholarship in recognition of their outstanding character, enthusiasm and dedication to the profession.

This weekend also gave us the opportunity to reconnect with NWHSU alumni and our Human Performance Center residents who are making an impact in sports chiropractic. Congratulations to everyone who helped make this year’s workshop a success, and we are grateful for PHCS for their continued support of chiropractic education.
