EIM-OC at IU is all about promoting physical activity within the community, while also educating individuals on the benefits. As the benefits outweigh the cons, it is still challenging to commit to becoming more physically activity for some due to comparison or social stigma. Don’t compare your results to someone else's. You can never be another person, you can only be a better version of yourself! It’s not too early to start your journey today!

EIM-OC at IU has been recognized as a Silver Status in just a few months!
EIM On Campus (EIM-OC) launched its recognition program in 2014, honoring campuses for their participation and engagement in EIM. Schools earn gold, silver or bronze status based on their activities related to physical activity promotion, education and EIM integration into campus health services. Way to go Hoosiers!
