Hi friends! I am currently accepting new piano students in the Bloomington, Edina, Richfield, and Eden Prairie areas.

I teach beginning and intermediate piano lessons for children and teens in a fun, encouraging environment that focuses on building confidence, musical skills, and a lifelong love of music.

Hello 👋🏻 My name is Erika Bell and I am looking to grow my piano studio.
I live in Bloomington and have been teaching piano for 10 years. I have my masters in education and taught elementary school a number of years. I typically teach using Alfred Basics but am flexible on using other lesson books.
The youngest I would recommend starting piano would be 5 years old but I have taught all ages including adults!
If you come to my home for lessons I charge $35 per half hour lesson and if I come to your home for lessons it is $40 per half hour lesson.
My goal for my students is for them to not only learn the basics of piano but be able to learn songs that excite them. I have students who want to learn Taylor swift, Star Wars etc. and I incorporate that into lessons! We also do piano recitals twice a year as well.
I use a variety of incentives to help engage my students such as games, online apps or practice trackers that earn points to use for a prize!
