Yoga in Spanish 🧘🏽‍♀️🧘🏽‍♂️ - the week challenge is everyday April 13-17, at 5 to 6pm in Niepagen South room at the Shirk Center. Take time to breathe and move to energize for the end of the semester!

Everyone welcome! Practice is accessible to all language levels and physical abilities. If you don't know Spanish, you are welcome too! You will pick up a few words 🤩 and have an amazing experience!
