ECFE

Early Childhood Family Education is a program for Blooming Prairie School District families with children between the ages of birth to kindergarten entrance. A variety of classes, events and services are available to families throughout the school year. Early Childhood Family Education's goal is to enhance the ability of all parents to provide the best possible environment for their child's

learning and growth. Our program is fun and very informal. You will enjoy the special time playing with your child and helping them learn and grow while attending ECFE events. It is also a great place to meet other families and share common parenting experiences. Check back frequently for new classes being offered. If anyone has any new ideas or something that they would like to see offered as an ECFE class/event please contact Laura Beckel with ideas. New ideas are always welcome!!!! Preschool/Pre-K "Seeds and Sprouts"

Preschool consists of 3 year olds who turn 3 on or before September 1st of the new school year. Preschool students attend school two days a week in the mornings from 8:10-10:50. If you are interested in enrolling your child in 3 year old preschool please contact Laura Beckel. Pre-K consists of 4 and 5 year old students who turn 4 on or before September 1st of the new school year. Pre-K students attend school four days a week in the afternoon from 12:00-2:40. If you are interested in enrolling your child in Pre-K please contact Laura Beckel.

Around 6 months of age, many babies can sit up on their own. A few minutes of exploring outside can keep your baby healthy and happy.
