This is a reminder that we have an Honors Program meeting tomorrow at 1 pm in the Honors Lounge. This will be our last general meeting of the semester so please make every effort to attend. RSVP with Dean Spies so we can order enough pizza.

Thank you to everyone who came out to the meeting last Friday. Because we had such great feedback, we will continue the discussion online. It was brought to the attention of the program that we need new fundraising ideas. Some have thought of various trips we could sponsor and open to the Bloomfield College community. Have any other ideas? Post them here.
Civil War History event = April 2 or 3
Honors Capstones/Research Day = May 1, 11 am - 1 pm
Study abroad scholarships = March 2 for Summer 2015 and April 15 for Fall 2015
There will be a new "Question of the Month" contest -- Jessica Valladolid will start us off--the question will be posted in the honors lounge
2-3 students are needed to participate in the College "Accepted Students" Day on March 28 -- this involves sitting at the honors program table and answering questions about the honors program for prospective students
Bake sale = Tuesday, March 17, with a holiday theme. We will need
volunteers to sell and donate baked goods. Watch for the Doodle sign-up sheet coming soon!
