What an unforgettable week our Jr. Beta students had at National Convention in Nashville!

From competing on the national stage and campaigning for Aubrey Rios to shopping at Opry Mills, enjoying Beta Night at the Grand Ole Opry, and making memories that will last a lifetime, this week was filled with opportunities, growth, and success.

We are incredibly proud of every one of our students!

A special congratulations to Aubrey Rios for running for National Secretary. While she did not bring home the national title, she gained something even more valuable—confidence, experience, lifelong friendships, and the courage that comes from stepping outside your comfort zone. We are so proud of her and can’t wait to watch her continue to shine as she serves as the Missouri Jr. Beta Secretary at next year’s State Convention.

Congratulations to our “Fly High With Rios” campaign skit team for placing 3rd in the nation! Every student involved gave an outstanding performance, and we couldn’t be more proud.

We also want to recognize our individual national finalists:
🥈 Myles Griffin – 2nd in the Nation in Health & Physical Education
🏅 Conner Culbertson – 6th in the Nation in Computer Science

These students first qualified through online testing in May, advanced to the Top 20 nationally, and then competed onsite for a place in the Top 10—an incredible accomplishment!

A special shoutout to Scarlett Ryan, who competed in Onsite Cake Decorating. Scarlett’s creativity with cakes continues to amaze us! While she did not claim the national title, she did a phenomenal job bringing this year’s Beta theme, “Wired for Success,” to life through her incredible design. We are so proud of her creativity, hard work, and talent.

Our Engineering team worked tirelessly throughout the competition, learning valuable lessons about teamwork, problem-solving, and recognizing one another’s strengths. While they did not place this year, we are proud of their perseverance and growth.

Our Scrapbook and Accessorized Design teams also represented us well. Although they did not place at the national level, their creativity, teamwork, and countless hours of hard work were evident in every detail of their projects.

One of the highlights of the week was Beta Night at the Grand Ole Opry! We enjoyed an incredible evening of music, and Chris Janson certainly brought the house down!

Perhaps what made us proudest of all was hearing compliments throughout the week about our students’ kindness, respectfulness, and willingness to help others. They represented our school, our community, and our state with excellence.

Congratulations to all of our National Beta participants! Your accomplishments, character, and determination have made us incredibly proud. 💜💛

We are so sorry for the late post. Thank you to the parent who let us know that we missed posting our March Students of the Month!

✨Congratulations to our March Students of the Month! These students exhibit our trait of ADAPTABILITY consistently and throughout our school.⭐👏

They show resilience when faced with challenges, learn from mistakes, and approach new situations with flexibility, curiosity, and a growth mindset. Their willingness to keep trying, set goals, and stay open to learning makes them outstanding role models.

We are proud of the positive impact they have on our school each day! 🐾💜💛
