This week, our Midnight Rider lanterns were passed to Kindergarten Assistant Lisa Greer and Long Term Substitute Levi Conway!

Ms. Greer plays a lot of roles at Bloomfield and one of those is monitoring the car riders in the Library in the afternoon. She is always ADAPTING IN REAL TIME and MODELING HIGH EXPECTATIONS for students, even at the end of the day, when kids (and adults) are ready to be out the door!

Mr. Conway is long term substitute for us at Bloomfield and while he has a "regular" schedule, every day can look a little different for him! Some days he's running small group interventions, some days he's teaching first grade! He has learned to ADAPT IN REAL TIME. In addition, he always has a smile on his face and a positive attitude, showing that he's dedicated to GUARDING OUR OPTIMISM.

We are so thankful for the impact these Patriots make every day at BES! Way to lead!
