Yesterday’s CMA Masters & Instructors Training Camp was one for the books! 🥋
Our team headed to Champions Martial Arts HQ in New York to train together, learn from each other, and sharpen our skills. From technique breakdowns to new teaching methods, every minute was about getting better so we can bring even more value to our students every time they step on the mat.
There’s something special about a room full of masters and instructors who still love training as much as the day they started. That passion is exactly what we bring back to our schools.
Thank you to everyone who makes days like this possible. We’re already excited to put what we learned into action in class!

Thank you to our families, and supporters for helping make this tournament a success. The journey continues — keep training, keep growing, and keep aiming higher! 💪🔥

Before every class, take 30 seconds to check your child’s uniform:
• Shirt tucked neatly into uniform pants
• Black or white t-shirt only
• Belt tied properly and fully visible (front and back)
• Uniform clean, straight, and fitted correctly
This quick routine helps your child walk into class focused, prepared, and confident.
Small habits before class lead to better discipline during class and stronger results over time.
Consistency at home makes a difference.
