Chassi **grew up a Wildcat**, and she’s also no stranger to working at Bloomfield! She previously served our students as both a bus driver and an aide—and now **she’s BACK!** 💜💛

There’s something special about seeing our Wildcats come home and continue serving the school and community that helped shape them. We’re so glad to have Chassi back on the Bloomfield team!

💜💛 HAPPY CUSTODIAL APPRECIATION DAY! 💛💜

Today we celebrate the people who work behind the scenes every single day to keep our school clean, safe, and ready for learning! 🧹✨

Our custodial staff does SO much more than clean our building. They fix problems, set up for events, clean up our messes, lend a helping hand, and take pride in making Bloomfield a great place for our students and staff.

So much of what they do happens before we arrive, after we leave, and without anyone ever seeing it—but we certainly notice the difference they make! ❤️

Please join us in giving a BIG Wildcat THANK YOU to our incredible custodial team! 🐾

We appreciate your hard work, your dedication, and everything you do to take care of our school family. Bloomfield is better because of YOU!

🐾💜💛 **HELP US SPOTLIGHT OUR AMAZING STAFF!** 💛💜🐾

Great things happen at Bloomfield R-14 every single day—and behind those moments are incredible people who make a difference for our students and families!

Has a teacher gone the extra mile for your child? ❤️
Has a bus driver started the day with a smile? 🚌
Has a coach, aide, secretary, custodian, counselor, food service worker, or other staff member made an impact? ⭐
**We want to hear about it!**

We are excited to introduce our **Bloomfield R-14 Staff Spotlights!** 🎉

Students, families, staff, and community members are invited to recognize a Wildcat staff member who deserves a little extra appreciation. Tell us who they are, what makes them special, and how they've made a difference.

Some of these shout-outs will be featured on our district social media so our entire community can help us celebrate the people who make Bloomfield such a special place! 💜

👉 **Fill out our Staff Spotlight form and help us spread some Wildcat appreciation!**

Because sometimes the people doing GREAT things every day need to hear that someone noticed. 🐾

💙 THURSDAY NIGHT! 💙

Join us on October 1st at 6:00 PM for our annual Dig Blue Volleyball Game as we come together to honor the life and legacy of former BHS science teacher Ms. Lori Vaughn.

Ms. Vaughn was one of the strongest individuals we have ever known. Throughout her courageous battle with cancer, she continued to show incredible strength, compassion, and dedication to the students she loved so dearly. Her impact on our school and our community will never be forgotten.

Lori had a special way of quietly helping others. She would pay student lunch balances, cover admission so students could attend ball games, and find countless other ways to make sure our students had what they needed. She never did it for recognition—she simply saw a need and helped.

💙 Her legacy of kindness continues through the Lori Vaughn Foundation.

Since 2023, the Lori Vaughn Foundation has paid $7,350 in student lunch balances, helping ensure that students have access to meals without their families having to worry about an outstanding balance.

All proceeds from this year’s Dig Blue game will benefit the Lori Vaughn Foundation and its continued mission of supporting our students.

Come out, DIG BLUE, and help us celebrate an incredible teacher, mentor, and friend whose kindness continues to make a difference in the lives of our students.
