If you’ve ever been curious about moving beyond simply experiencing sound and learning how to intentionally facilitate it, my friend Melissa Cole is bringing the Sound & Vibrational Therapies Certification to Life Time Dublin, Ohio, October 15–18. 🔔✨

This immersive training explores crystal bowls, gongs, tuning forks and more, with an emphasis on creating experiences that support relaxation, healing and nervous-system regulation.

Melissa brings so much heart and intention to this work, and I’m happy to help spread the word.

FREE VIRTUAL FLOW — THIS SUNDAY! 🧘‍♂️✨

I’d love to have you practice with me.

This Sunday at 5:00 PM CT, I’m opening up a special virtual LifePower FLOW class — completely free and open to anyone who wants to join us.

FLOW is an opportunity to move, breathe, play at the edges of comfort and notice what happens when the mind gets loud — then practice choosing how we respond.

And this class has a little something extra behind it…

This fall, I’ll be helping lead our Virtual 200-Hour LifePower Yoga Teacher Training, so we’re using Sunday as a bit of an open house on the mat.

Come experience the practice. Meet us. Ask questions. Get a feel for what this journey could be.

Everyone who attends and decides they want to join us for the 200-hour will also receive access to a special early-bird offer.

AND…

There might be a tiny tease about something we’ve never done before.

A new Life Time adventure is coming in 2027. 🌍

That’s all I’m saying. 😏

A reminder that mindfulness isn’t something we find. It’s something we bring with us.
