Today, the Read/Warner team proudly celebrated our talented young authors and poets as they shared their voices, creativity, and imagination through the power of writing! From inspiring poems to imaginative stories, each piece reflected hard work, courage, growth, and a passion for self-expression.
We are incredibly proud of every student who participated in the Poetry Slam and Author Celebration. Their willingness to share their ideas and embrace the joy of writing made this event truly special. Congratulations to all of our young writers for shining brightly and reminding us that every voice has a story worth telling!

BCS students participated in an exciting Autonomous Vehicle Project sponsored by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) through the A World In Motion program. Working as engineers and designers, students explored how self-driving vehicles use technologies such as LiDAR, radar, GPS, cameras, and sensors to safely navigate roads and make driving decisions.
A special highlight of the project was a visit from Stellantis engineer Srinath Pasargi, who has worked on autonomous and driverless vehicle technology for more than 20 years. Mr. Pasargi shared his expertise with students, explained how autonomous vehicles are developed and tested, and provided valuable feedback on student dashboard prototypes. His real-world experience helped students connect classroom learning to the future of transportation and engineering careers.
