Congratulations to Roeper seventh grader Simran Adnani on receiving the Ronald Mosier Award for Outstanding Student Presentation at the Mathematical Association of America annual meeting! 👏
Simran was invited to present her original proof No Odd Perfect Squares Are Perfect Numbers at Saginaw Valley State University, sharing her work alongside collegiate presenters. Unbeknownst to participants, presentations were evaluated by a panel of seven judges—and Simran's stood out.
This is an exceptional accomplishment, and we are so proud of Simran’s intellectual curiosity, creativity, and dedication. Her achievement reflects the depth of her thinking and the passion she brings to her work.

Before break, Roeper had the incredible opportunity to welcome Redhot & Blue, Yale’s renowned a ca****la group, to campus! 🎶
The group spent the day working with our Small Choir during a master class, sharing their expertise, stories, and passion for music. Later, they put on a unforgettable performance during Community Block—filling the building with energy, harmony, and more than a few goosebumps.
Middle and Upper School students asked thoughtful questions about everything from the art of a ca****la to life at Yale, making it not just a performance, but a truly meaningful exchange. Experiences like these reflect the power of connection, creativity, and learning beyond the classroom.
We’re proud that Roeper left an impression, too—one member shared, “This whole building just has good vibes.” 😊
Thank you, RedHot & Blue, for spending part of your tour with us. We loved having you here!
