SALSA! I’ve never tried to can mine, just fresh. Recipes in the comments.

Salsa is the number one condiment in the US and it is one of the most common things to can! 🍅 But should you use a pressure canner, a water bath canner, or a steam canner? In the USDA Guide to Home Canning there are only water bath recipes. This is the method that has been tested and recommended. A steam canner would also work as that is the equivalent of a water bath canner. Be sure to use research-based recipes for your home-canned salsa as this will help keep you and your family safe.
