Finland replaced rubber playgrounds with mud and dirt… and within a year, children became healthier. Sometimes the cure isn’t more technology. Sometimes it’s simply reconnecting with nature. 🌱

Modern life keeps trying to separate humans from the earth. We sanitize everything, digitize childhood, and replace real experiences with screens. Yet our bodies and minds were shaped by forests, soil, sunlight, and fresh air long before smartphones existed.

Maybe healing doesn’t always come from adding more. Maybe sometimes it comes from returning to what humans were always meant to be connected to in the first place.
