Whether you’ve never picked up a drumstick or you’ve been playing for years, Jim Spillar has a Saturday class for you this fall! 🥁

Start the morning with Bucket Drumming at 9:30, a fun class for kids and grownups to enjoy together (bring a buddy!). Experienced drummers can then sharpen their timing in the Click Track Class at 10:30. Both run Nov 7 to Dec 12.

Come make some noise with us: https://linktr.ee/thestaffmusicstudio

Private guitar lessons are open with Cree Balega! 🎸

Cree has been playing guitar for two decades and fronts the band Brang'em Bring'em as rhythm guitarist and lead vocalist. His style covers rock, blues, metal, punk, country, and improv, so whatever you want to play, he's got you!

Lessons are built for beginner to mid-level players. You'll start with solid fundamentals, then move into instruction tailored to your goals. Cree is big on regular practice and positive encouragement, and his students see real progress fast.

As a dad of three, he knows how to keep things patient and supportive. Come as you are, and we'll help you find your sound.

Final fun fact about Charlotte! 🎶

We asked which instrument she'd pick if she could instantly master any other one, and her answer was the bagpipes! Charlotte is part Scots-Irish, and she says a part of her feels at home whenever she hears them. And here's a bonus: her maiden name is Piper, so it all makes sense!

Thank you for following along with our spotlight and getting to know the heart behind The Staff Studio. Charlotte, we are so grateful for everything you pour into this studio and our community. 💜

If you see Charlotte around the studio, be sure to say hi!

Fun fact about Charlotte: it doesn't take much to brighten her day! ☕

Her answer? When that first cup of coffee of the day tastes just right.

We think a lot of you can relate! How do you take your morning coffee (or tea)? Let us know in the comments!

Private drum lessons are open with Jim Spillar! 🥁

Jim has been drumming for 40 years. He plays with Saddle Up, Undercover, and Rock Band Karaoke, and you can catch him at local and regional shows all year.

His roots go back to Latrobe High School, where he played snare in the drumline and kit in Jazz Ensemble. He's been teaching private lessons throughout his career and loves helping students pick up a skill that leads to lifelong friendships and great memories!

New to drums or getting back behind the kit? We'd love to have you. Send us a DM or email us at [email protected] to inqure.

We asked Charlotte what she loves most about teaching at The Staff Studio, and her answer made us smile! 💜

Charlotte gets so excited watching her students have their "Aha!" moments and seeing them grow. She also loves working alongside our teachers, who she describes as professional but down to earth. We have a good time together, and it shows!

Those "Aha!" moments are what it's all about. Students and families, what's a recent breakthrough you're proud of? Share it with us below!
