🌟 Learning, Growing & Bringing It Back to MGC! 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♂️

This past weekend, Caroline traveled to Phoenix, Arizona, for the USA Gymnastics National Congress! It was an incredible weekend filled with learning, networking, and celebrating the sport we love. ❤️

Caroline had the opportunity to learn from experts in the field about recreational and competitive girls gymnastics, boys gymnastics, acro, tumbling, dance, business, and so much more! She brought home new ideas, techniques, and knowledge that she can share with our coaches and athletes at Mountain Gymnastics Center. She even learned some physics! 😂

One of the best parts of Congress was connecting with both new and old friends from Georgia to Hawaii and networking with other gymnastics professionals from across the country. There were also equipment suppliers, leotard companies, and many other businesses that support the gymnastics community, providing opportunities to learn about new products and resources for our gym.

And, of course, a major highlight was getting to attend Night 1 of the Women’s Senior National Championships and Night 2 of the Men’s Senior National Championships! 🇺🇸 The athletes from our elite programs put on an incredible show, not only demonstrating the results of their hard work and dedication, but also showing just how much fun they were having while competing. Two amazing nights of gymnastics!

We are so thankful to USA Gymnastics for putting together such a wonderful weekend and providing opportunities for coaches and gym owners to continue learning, growing, and expanding our knowledge of this incredible sport.

We can’t wait to bring everything we learned back home to Mountain Gymnastics Center! 💙🤸‍♀️

Gym may be closed for classes, but the coaches are hard at work deep cleaning. Mats are back in place and we are getting set up for classes and day camp to start back on Monday July 6th. Now Miss Caroline and Mrs Shelley can enjoy a few restful days at home!
