This is not merely an academic program - it is a harvest work - this is training laborers as Christ desires. This initiative exists to raise, train, and send pastors, leaders, and disciples who are grounded in Scripture, formed in character, and empowered by the Holy Spirit to labor faithfully in the fields God has entrusted to them.

Hosted by Mercy Hill Bangladesh and offered through the School of Discipleship (Mercy Hill Global Fellowship, USA), reflects a shared apostolic burden to equip laborers who will endure, teach others also, and advance the Kingdom of God with humility and power. We honor Pastor Liton Roy for stewarding this work with vision, faithfulness, and obedience to the call of God and for spearheading this work!

SCHOOL OF DISCIPLESHIP – MERCY HILL BANGLADESH 🇧🇩 🔥

Under the faithful leadership of Pastor Liton and Arpa Roy, we are overjoyed to celebrate the graduation of 40+ disciples completing their first year of training! Currently the team has 60+ working towards finishing their first year 🙌

These students have spent the past year in weekly accountability, pursuing the disciplines that shape true Kingdom leaders:

Consistent study and meditation on the Word of God 📖

Daily prayer in the Holy Spirit 🙏🏽

Fasting weekly 🕊️

Intimate time in worship and the secret place 🌿

Speaking the Word of Life over themselves and others intentionally 💯

Practicing service and humility toward others 🤝

Active evangelism and sharing the Gospel 🌍

Ongoing fellowship, repentance, and obedience to the Spirit of God 💧

This is how the Church grows in anointing, how believers increase in Kingdom power, how ministries expand, and how lives are radically transformed — through DISCIPLESHIP rooted in the lifestyle of the secret place! 🔥

We are so proud of every graduate in Bangladesh and around the world who has answered the call to be trained, tested, and transformed for the glory of Christ.

A Historic Moment for the School of Discipleship 🎓

We are preparing to honor more than *80* men and women who have given themselves wholly to the sacred disciplines of spiritual growth. Over the past year, they have immersed themselves in the Word in abundance, fasted with purpose on a regular schedule, prayed daily in the Holy Spirit, spent hundreds of hours in private worship, spoken life through the Word as living fountains of sweet water, and served one another selflessly. The power of the secret place! These beautiful souls are not merely students—they are the change that is coming to Pakistan and the nations beyond. God’s Word will not return void. Therefore, seek first the Kingdom and its treasures, and all else shall be added unto you.

Also today we will honor Pastor Naseer Muneer — a faithful servant, a man of valor, and a spiritual general in the Kingdom of God. It is with great joy that we present to him the first Doctorate of Ministry (Honoris Causa) ever awarded by the School of Discipleship. He is the first recipient, and a worthy one indeed. 🙌

We recognize his years of tireless work, his unyielding dedication, and the strength he has shown through every season of trial and triumph. Pastor Naseer has built something for the Kingdom that few in a lifetime will ever accomplish. His leadership has spanned dozens of ministers and churches, both in Pakistan and abroad.

We bestow this Doctorate not for study alone, but for practice — for he has lived what others have merely read. He has applied the call of a doctor: to heal, to teach, to serve, and to strengthen the body of Christ. True education is not only in learning, but in doing.

As the Word declares: “Those who are wise shall shine like the brightness of the firmament, and those who turn many to righteousness like the stars forever and ever.” — Daniel 12:3 (NKJV) 🌟

Congratulations, Dr. Naseer Muneer, a man who has turned many to righteousness and will continue to shine as a star in the firmament of faith!

What the School of Discipleship offers is discipleship as Christ commands, so you can be empowered as Christ wants, whether you are in ministry or not! We are for all believers who want growth, whether you are a minister or a newborn Christian, and every level of growth in between!
