We’ve all been there. You walk into a wireless or cable store with a question, and before you can even finish your sentence, the rep is looking at the door or their watch.

Why does this happen? From my years of experience working for the big guys, I’ve seen it firsthand. Management puts massive pressure on store reps to move volume. They are pushed to fix the immediate problem as fast as possible and move on to the next sale. You leave with a "fix," but you don’t leave with knowledge.

My name is Kenny Fatino, and I’m excited to officially launch Kfat’s Tech Academy right here in Blairsville, PA.

We’ve all been there: you buy a new phone or a smart home gadget, and it feels more like a chore than a tool. Most tech companies just want to sell you the "next big thing," but I have a different mission.

I don’t want to sell you anything new. I want to teach you how to master what you already have.

With over 10 years of experience troubleshooting, activating, and training on smart devices, I realized that what people really need isn't more gear—it’s a patient teacher.
