Got an old, unwanted, or broken instrument or piece of music gear collecting dust? Bring it to School of Rock Blaine this Saturday, September 12 and give it a second life! 🤘

We’ll work to fix up donated gear and get it into the hands of students who can use it to make some noise. 🎶

Fall enrollment is OPEN at School of Rock Blaine! Whether your child is picking up an instrument for the very first time or they’re ready to take their skills to the stage, we have a place for them to learn, grow, and ROCK.

WHAT A WAY TO END THE SEASON! 🎸

We’re still riding the high from an unforgettable afternoon of live music at the James Ballentine VFW! Our School of Rock Blaine students took the stage and brought the energy, talent, and rock ’n’ roll from the very first note to the final bow.

We couldn’t be prouder of every student who stepped into the spotlight, challenged themselves, and showed just how much they’ve grown throughout the season. Watching them take the stage and own it was the perfect way to wrap things up.

A HUGE thank you to all of our families, friends, instructors, and supporters who showed up, cheered loud, and helped make this season so special. Our students couldn’t do it without you! ❤️

And a very special CONGRATULATIONS to our Rock 101 graduates! 🎓🎸 You’ve worked hard, grown as musicians, and now it’s time to take the next step into the Performance Program! We can’t wait to see what you do next.

Here’s to an incredible season in the books—and an even LOUDER one ahead! 🎤🤘

AMPLIFIED LIFE: MUSIC HAS NO AGE LIMIT

We had an incredible time bringing Amplified Life to a local senior living center, Tradition Living in Brooklyn Park! Our seniors got to step into the world of music by trying out different instruments, learning songs, and making music together.

It was a reminder that it’s never too late to pick up an instrument, learn something new, and experience the joy of playing music. ❤️🎸

At School of Rock Blaine, we believe music is for everyone, at every age. We’re proud to bring music beyond our studios and into our community.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this experience so special. We can’t wait to keep spreading the music! 🎶

Meet Kayla Leonhardt! 🎸

We’re excited to introduce Kayla, our Admissions Coordinator at School of Rock Blaine! From orchestrating playground sing-a-longs and jamming on an old Casio keyboard to performing in metalcore bands by age 13, Kayla has been making music for as long as she can remember.

Today, she’s a versatile multi-instrumentalist who shreds on synth, vocals, bass, guitar, and drums—and she’s passionate about making sure every student gets to experience the life-changing joy of playing music. 🤘

When she’s not rocking out, you can find Kayla leveling up in video games, cooking, or geeking out over Star Wars!
