We hope you have had a great summer! 😎 It’s hard to believe that the 2026-27 school year is right around the corner! 📚

🗓️ We would like to invite you to our first BES PTO Meeting for the 2026-27 school year. This first meeting will be on September 8th at 4:15 p.m. in the Blaine Elementary School Cafeteria. We hope you can join us. We have some key items to discuss during this meeting and would love to have you come and be a part of our community.

The first item to discuss is filling the vacant board positions. We have two positions open; the Treasurer and the Volunteer Coordinator. Please see the attachment for details on these positions and what they entail.

The other major discussion will be on deciding our monthly meeting dates and time. After gathering ideas on dates and times we will vote on our new time during the October meeting; 10/13. Anyone that has attended a BES PTO meeting is a MEMBER and can VOTE. We are looking into virtual options for those who cannot attend PTO meetings in-person. If you have not attended a meeting before and would like to become a Member, please come to our first meeting.

Members are invited to our group communication in WhatsApp group where we plan, organize and make decisions in between meetings. There are a lot of behind the scene stuff that happens here and we would love to have you be apart of it. Please contact us via email stating you would like to join.

During our PTO meeting we will be forming committees. These are for yearbook, fundraising, planning events, and etc. The committees can meet at their own convenience. We are looking for help with new fundraising ideas and new family activities/events for this school year. We would love to see what you might come up with!

We would like to invite anyone that is unable to attend a meeting and is interested in volunteering to reach out to PTO by private message or email. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out. You can reach us at: [email protected].

Got some Swag? You can donate it at the Block Party at the BES/BPS booth.

Blaine Primary PTO and Blaine Elementary PTO are excited to help our youngest Borderites with a Borderite Swag Drive!

We will be collecting clothing, hats, anything Blaine Borderites that your student's have outgrown at the Block Party on 8/20. Items collected during the Block Party will be available to families at tables inside the schools during Supply Drop off!

If you won't be at the Block Party, but have Borderite spirit gear you'd like to donate, please comment or message us and a PTO member will coordinate pick up!

Thanks for helping all students access spirit wear!
