Our annual Community Challenge month of Learn to Row produced six eights that remembered the Battle of Bladensburg last Saturday in our Bladensburg Races. Each eight represented different area communities. The Greenbelt Wa-Wahs edged out the Hyattsville Hive and the Prince George's County Anacostia Mussels in the grand final. In the B final the Greenbelt National Treasures led the DC-VA-MoCo No Egrets and the Ringtail Rowers of the Colmar Manor American Legion across the line. Good racing all!

Today was our season opener adventure row to see the DC cherry blossoms. Gorgeous as always! We did make a bonus stop at James Creek Marina to take water out of our boat. Not so bad as it was 70 degrees!
