☀️ Welcome to the New School Year, Chews Elementary! ☀️

I hope everyone is having a relaxing, sunshine-filled summer with family and friends!

I’m thrilled and honored to step into the role of Principal at Chews Elementary. Over the last few weeks, I’ve had the privilege of walking our halls, getting to know our staff, and preparing for an amazing year ahead. My top priority is building strong, supportive relationships with all of you so every student can learn, grow, and thrive.

Cheetah families,

As the weather gets warmer, we absolutely want to encourage students to stay hydrated throughout the day! To help keep our classrooms clean and pest-free, we kindly ask that only water bottles be brought into classrooms.

Any other beverages should only be brought for lunch time in the cafeteria and must remain in a sealed container until lunchtime.

Thank you for your cooperation and support in helping us maintain a clean and healthy learning environment for all students!

At the May 11th Board of Education Meeting, our district's Educators of the Year were honored. Pictured here are Mrs. Brittany McFarland, 4th grade teacher at Chews, and Mrs. Jenine Devlin, Speech-Language Pathologist shared between Chews and Gloucester Township Elementary. Both of these outstanding professionals were among those recognized this year.
