Each student is treated as an individual with his or her own specific strengths and weaknesses, as no two singers can fall into the same regimen of instruction. Practice CD’s are made for each student during the lessons. Periodically, the student is recorded in our state of the art recording studio and then given a professionally mixed demo CD showcasing their ability and growth as a singer. Recording

Musically Speaking Studios offers two fully equipped rehearsal rooms outfitted with professional equipment. These comfortable, climate controlled rooms are available seven days a week and up to 24 hours a day. Artist Development
Artist development has become a growing field within the world of popular music as more and more independent labels are springing up throughout the country. What we do in the beginning with a new musical talent is assess their musical skill level (vocal, instrumental and songwriting), performance abilities and overall personality/attitude. We then develop a program of training to enhance those areas of strength as well as address any weaknesses, with the ultimate goal of bringing the artist to a professional level. We can also assist with promotion, marketing, website development, and distribution (electronic and physical). Our clients will receive instruction in many areas of the music business, including how to get noticed by record labels, booking and touring, getting publicity, and working with a band. Success in the music business requires talent, hard work, training and a little bit of luck. It is important to be prepared, and that preparation is what we provide at Musically Speaking, enabling our clients to take advantage of opportunities that arise throughout their careers. Guitar Lessons
Guitar training is given a different approach at Musically Speaking Studios than any other studio in the area. First, we don’t teach students from a workbook or regimented lesson plan, as we believe every student is different from the next and deserves specialized training. Second, we don’t start students off with months of boring sight-reading drills and music theory. We start the students with what they came here for...to learn how to play the instrument! Then, after the student develops the knowledge and correct motor skills to play their instrument, sight-reading and music theory are introduced to take them to the next level of performance. As with all instruments, we stress songwriting to open up the student’s creative side and help them to not only become players of their favorite music, but to create their own as well. Whether your interest is in acoustic, electric or bass guitar and you want to learn any style of music from jazz to heavy metal, our instructors can show you the way. Drum Lessons
Whatever type of music and style of drumming you prefer, our professional instructors will tailor your lessons to suit your needs. At Musically Speaking Studios we teach you not only the basics, but also the techniques that you will need to become an extraordinary player. No matter what style, or styles of music you want to learn our instructors can give you the edge you need to succeed! Drum lessons are taught by a full time working musician in our comfortable and fully equipped rehearsal rooms. Piano Lessons
The piano instructors at Musically Speaking Studios are experienced in performing many different genres, including classical, jazz, rock, pop and many others. This background enables the student to be guided in any musical direction that they desire. Through a process of building technique, studying music theory, and learning how to apply these concepts, the student develops a strong foundation, which helps them realize their musical aspirations. Since no two students are the same, we do not believe in treating every student the same way. The one-on-one instruction is based around what the student wants out of the instrument, and the instructor works with the student to plan the best path to take in order to achieve their goals. Our instructors’ goal is to bring music into the life of the student in a way that is meaningful to them. Our facility is located near Routes 295, 42, and 55, and is within easy reach of Philadelphia. Just bring your own cymbals and leave the amps and drums at home! Looking to showcase your band for potential clients? Then try our 1,200 square foot live room. This room has been specifically designed for live performance and recording. The sound is simply incredible so we guarantee you and your clients will be thrilled with your performance. Comfortable seating is available for up to 75 people.
