State Licensing Requirements: Step with Purpose, LLC is licensed by the New Jersey State Office of Children and Family Services and complies with all applicable licensing regulations and standards. These standards relate to our staff, health, safety, procedures, nutrition, caregiver to child ratios, and record keeping. We believe that these standards are in the best interest of the children. Our childcare is subject to inspection by the NJ Department of Health and Mental Hygiene regularly. Our goal is to provide high quality and reliable childcare. Step With Purpose, LLC was formed in September 2005. We provide breakfast, lunch, and snacks (with an organic vegan -vegetarian diet option).

Openings: Lead Teacher / Assistant Teacher
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities
Pay: Competitive, based on position and experience

Our scholars had such a wonderful time slowing down, stretching, moving, and having fun during our yoga experience! 💛 From mindful movement to moments of relaxation, the children had the opportunity to explore their bodies, practice focus, and simply enjoy being present.

A huge thank you to for creating such a positive and engaging experience for our scholars! We loved every moment and are so grateful for the opportunity to bring experiences like this to our SWP community. 🌟🧘🏽‍♂️

Fire safety is an important lesson for children of all ages, and Fire Prevention Week gives us a great opportunity to help our little learners understand how to stay safe. 🧯🏠

Through age-appropriate activities and conversations, children can learn about fire safety, recognizing trusted helpers, and what to do in an emergency. These lessons help build awareness and confidence while giving children important tools they can carry with them as they grow.
