🌱 Big things are growing in our Ag Department! 🌱

The frame and roof are going up on our new greenhouse, made possible through a grant received by our Agriculture Department! 🏗️🌿

We’re so excited to watch this project take shape and can’t wait to see the opportunities this greenhouse will provide for our students. This is an investment in hands-on learning, agriculture, and the future of our Maroons! ❤️🤍

BHS Construction/Maintenance Class is Looking for Donations!

Our students are learning valuable hands-on skills in repairing and maintaining small engines, power tools, and household appliances. We are looking for non-working items that students can safely take apart, troubleshoot, repair, and learn from. Donations will be used for educational purposes and will not be repaired and returned.

Please note: We cannot accept refrigerators or freezers!

Items we are currently looking for include:

Outdoor/Power Equipment:
-Lawn Mowers
-W**d Eaters
-Chainsaws
-Generators
-Power Washers
-Tillers
-Air Compressors
-Drills
-Saws
-Shop Vacuums

Small Appliances:
-Fans
-Microwaves
-Blenders
-Toasters
-Vacuums
-Ice Makers

Drop off/Pick-Up:
Items can be dropped off at the Blackwell High School Woodshop room, which is our preferred option. If you are unable to drop something off, we can make arrangements to pick it up.
