Woke up this morning feeling a bit tired and feeling blessed. I always check my emails in the morning after coffee ofc🥱 This email hit me hard. This is why I stress every day to both dancers and parents that kindness matters, how we treat one another matters. Eyes are always watching. Our candy necklaces along with a special note were a hit! This email speaks volumes about how I run Studio25.

Morning Reset Barre is a fun, full-body workout designed to help you build strength, improve balance, and start your day feeling your best. No barre experience is necessary, and modifications are always provided, making this class a great fit for all fitness levels.

Tuesday Mornings • 9:30–10:15 AM

Founding Member Pricing

• First Class: $10 (limit 1 per person)
• Drop-In: $15
• 5-Class Package: $60

All you need is water and a yoga mat, if you have one.
