We are pumped for this first week that new members can attend! All you need to bring is athletic attire, a signed waiver (linked in our bio), and water! Let’s have a great semester!!

Practices will begin next week, however the first two weeks of practice will be for previous members only. The main notable change is the combination of Muay Thai and judo days. We look forward to a great year!
