New student representatives named to Board of Visitors 05/26/2026

Meet Helen Phillips, our graduate/professional student representative for the 2026–27 academic year. Helen will serve as a liaison between the board and the graduate and professional student population (at all campuses!), helping ensure student perspectives inform decisions that shape the university’s future.

New student representatives named to Board of Visitors Robert Waugh is the undergraduate student representative and Helen Phillips is the graduate/professional student representative for the next academic year. Their one-year terms begin July 1 .
