The Friends of Special Love at Virginia Tech will hold their fall fundraiser, Cuts for Camp, on Sunday, September 28th from 11-3 in the GLC Plaza outside of Squires Student Center.
Come by to get a trim, donate your hair to Beautiful Lengths, or buzz your hair in honor of the thousands of children every year who are diagnosed with cancer. Our professional stylists and barbers are ready. All we need is you!
Haircuts are $10. All proceeds go directly to Special Love. We can take cash or credit cards.
And if you don't want to buzz and you don't need a trim, come by and help chop off Dr. Thomas's hair before she buzzes it off. You'll never find a more deserving group of kids! (www.speciallove.org)

Today is Realism Day, the happiest day of the 2054 semester. I've got a small group of Summer Academy students taking the course right now. If anyone wants to help out with the realism exercise, stop by Major Williams 532 (the classroom right across from the elevator) around noon today!
Take a look at that AMAZING sunshine! What better way to spend the day than by coming to Pie Your Professor Day outside of Owens from noon to 4? We have a bunch of PSCI and PSYC faculty as well as other from across the university. I'll be on from 3-4 so don't miss this chance to pie me for the low, low cost of $3/pie. Or, better yet, come pie Jason from 1-3 too/instead! It all goes to Special Love!
