A record number of U.S. adults identify as LGBTQ. Gen Z is driving the increase. A record 7.1 percent of U.S. adults identify as LGBT, a Gallup poll found, an increase from the same survey last year.

Insight: How do I know if I'm 'q***r enough?' Finding a sexuality and gender identity that feels comfortable and accurate is hard enough, but internalized ideas of what a q***r person is "supposed" to be can make LGBTQ+ individuals feel even more invalidated.

This month, our teen group will discuss the Disney/Pixar film, "Inside Out," and test our knowledge of the film with a trivia game!
