Bradley Study Center is a Christian study center at Virginia Tech that serves as a resource and connection for Christian students and faculty to integrate their faith into the work they do in the university, and their future vocations and careers. The Center makes space on campus for a thoughtful exploration of the Christian faith for the whole university community, through lectures & talks, discussion groups, lunches, and hospitality.

Yesterday was a wonderful time of connection and conversation with students! Despite the crazy rain and thunder that ended the event early, the FCVT ice cream social was a joy to be a part of and we're looking forward to seeing the students we connected with around this semester! 😀🍦

We had a fantastic outdoor work day here at the BSC today!!

Last but certainly not least, meet host Sandy Young!

Sandy is a Blacksburg local and a retired elder from Blacksburg Christian Fellowship.

Fun facts about Sandy: He's an analog writer, using fountain pens, nice paper, journals, ink, the whole bit ;)
He was also raised with horses since his mother was an equestrian and horse trainer!
Finally, he's originally from Texas and was born only blocks away from the Alamo 🎉

Meet our next host, Braeden Wallace!! 😁

Braeden is from Virginia and is the Young Adult Pastor at Northstar Church.

Fun facts about Braeden: he is a big fan of the Cleveland Guardians baseball and has thrown out the first pitch at a game!
Also to date, he has been stung 41 times by various bees over his life 🐝
