Back in February, OTS along with SAVMA and Alpha Psi hosted the Annual Casino Night to raise money for the Compassionate Care Fund at Virignia-Maryland College of Veterinary Medicine. The total amount raised was just under $12,000. This week the leaders from all three organizations presented the check to the school. Thank you for all the support and for those that attended Casino Night!

OTS was just informed that Hill's Pet Nutrition donated 60 cases of wet kitten food and 25 cases of wet dog food to Mountain View Humane, which was *double* in retail value for the $1200 that was raised for the event.
Thank you so much to the VMCVM Hill's Students Representatives for organizing this. We loved working with you this year, and were so glad to be able to support two different local shelters!

THANK YOU SO SO MUCH to everyone that came out and supported OTS today at Pet Photos with Santa!!! The turnout was more than we could have dreamed, and we are so grateful to everyone for their patience (!!!) and support. We apologize to everyone that the wait times were so extraordinary, and will work to ensure that this does not happen to the same extent next year. We also genuinely apologize to everyone that we had to turn away after 1:30.
With your support, we raised close to $1200 for the Montgomery County Humane Society, and Hill's will be donating an equivalent amount of food to Mountain View Humane!
We couldn't have done this without the help from all our members (even while studying for imminent finals), the support from Hill's and Purina, our lovely Mr. and Mrs. Claus (Dr. & Mrs. Avery!), our incredibly talented photographers (K&V Photography), and the support of our amazing community.
From the bottom of our hearts - thank you, thank you, thank you.
