Welcome to the official page for the Ware Lab at Virginia Tech! Created in 1998 with a generous donation from Mr. the Ware Lab quickly became one of the most hands-on engineering facilities on the Virginia Tech campus. At the lab undergraduates become a part of the many diverse projects available to invent new ideas, compete in top-level competitions, and to join a community of engineers

Great meeting Virginia Tech Engineering Students testing BOLT III at Summit Point Motorsports Park with Roger Lyle's Motorcycle Xcitement Track Days and Racing School! Thank you for your efforts moving our country towards sustainable transportation. The Battery Operated Land Transportation (BOLT) Motorcycle demonstrates that performance and sustainability are compatible.
