Simple, sexy Brussels sprouts. Salt and pepper, slightly charred in a skillet on high heat. Takes only minutes. It will change your mind about Brussels sprouts. Try it and let me know :)

Buttered scallion goat cheese, mustard greens, pickled radish. Sweet, tangy, spicy, salty and umami wrapped in one bite. Did I mention it's unfairly easy to make?

Watermelon, pickled rind, basil

Had to break down a watermelon and thought I'd learn the ways of my usuba. First took skin from rind, then rind from flesh. Then juliened the rind and pickled it. Should be bangin in a few weeks/months. What am I going to put it on?
