LocalDesign is a student operated vendor at the Blacksburg
Farmer’s Market that produces custom hand crafted wooden
tools.
By selling locally produced tools, we involve and educate
consumers with the product design process. Customer
involvement helps develop students’ design capabilities in a
professional environment, and creates discussion about function,
form, material selection, manufacturing processes, and
identity.

What a successful market day yesterday! We are excited to see everyone again at the Blacksburg Farmers Market on Saturday from 8am-2pm

Steppin' Out - Blacksburg's Annual Street Festival Steppin' Out features over 200 artists and crafts people from around the United States selling unique handcrafted items – jewelry, pottery, textiles, metal work, basketry, stained & fused glass, yard art, fine art, furniture, toys, artisan foods and so much more!

Great first day at the market!
The wait is over! We will be at the Blacksburg Farmers Market tomorrow from 2pm- 7pm. Be sure to stop by our stand to meet us and check out our handmade and local wood products!
