While we celebrated watching our students graduate yesterday, we heard from our student speaker about how he took his “deficits” from Autism and turned them into an amazing high school career that ended with him wearing 2 honor society stoles, numerous cords, and a wonderful graduation speech! We are proud of you, Virginia Virtual Academy at K12 Class of 2024! 🎓🎉

We are celebrating a whirlwind of a month! We were given the opportunity to work on a project at Radford University with one of our favorite people, creating a new course for aspiring teachers. We’ve worked tirelessly to build something we are proud of. Research, scripting, editing, more research, and finally it coming together this week in a studio. We can’t wait to share this with others and start to close the 3500 teacher vacancies in the state of Virginia through our hard work!
