We aim to develop awareness in all areas of cybersecurity

The Cyber Security Club at Virginia Tech is a student organization at Virginia Tech founded in spring 2011 with the goal of encouraging and expanding the study of cyber security and related fields.

We are excited to be able to send a team of students to compete in this years Cyberforce Competition.
The team has been working tirelessly to complete a C-Suite brief, security documentation, and setup defenses and logging in the AWS environment.
This years team is being led by Hunter Owings.

A joint team from CyberVT and competed this Saturday and took 5th in the regional qualifiers for MACCDC, allowing them to advance to the regional event (in-person) March 31-April 1st!
